Food
Island Miq'abob
A common travel snack amongst adventurers, with a Hannish kick from the spices. Made with hamsa breast, mushrooms, pepper, and my own spice blend.
Curry Selection
Freshly made Hannish curry. Each comes served with naan bread.
Hamsa Curry - A traditional rendition of Hannish curry. Chopped hamsa breast that is tenderly stewed in curry, and served over rice.
Lentil Curry - Ume’s signature curry. It is made with fresh lentils and high quality spices, seeped in rich coconut milk and served with rice.
Scallop Curry - A delicate and rare curry made from cooking glass scallops. It is seasoned with an ancient spice blend and paired with a soft and sweet rice.
Jhinga Curry - Fresh Thavnairian prawns, simmered in a mix of blood tomatoes and coconut milk, this is a signature for the fisherman of Akyaali.
Drinks
Thavnairian Chai
An aromatic tea of Thavnair, laced with mild spices and mixed with cream. Just the scent alone will whisk you away to the bustling streets of Radz-at-Han.
Lassi (Variety)
A chilled drink made from Hannish Yoghurt, prepared with a number of ingredients and spices, these drinks can help stave off the blistering heat of Thavnair and Thanalan both.
Rolanberry Lassi - Rolanberry syrup mixed with cardamom carefully stirred into yoghurt. This sweet and tangy drink can help soothe even the spiciest of dishes.
Mint Lassi - A blend of peppermint and cumin come together with cool yoghurt. A more refreshing drink to help offset the midday sun.
Amra Lassi - Freshly pressed amra juice and cardamom muddled in cool yoghurt. A mellow drink to wash away the lingering sting of spice.
Snacks
Jalebi
A hannish sweet bread, twisted into a fun shape. It is fried to a soft golden perfection, and drizzled with lime syrup that is left to crystallize and shine.
Hannish Delights
Delicate chewy candies wrapped in a myriad of colorful wrappers, perfect for the smaller sweet tooth cravings. Can be ordered as an assortment. Flavours include lemon, orange, cinnamon, rose, mint, chocolate, rolanberry, and peach.
